iToll engineering team is seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in the React and Next.js ecosystems to build innovative products and elevate our user experience.

Responsibilities:

Feature Development: Develop, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React and Next.js.

Performance & SEO: Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability. Implement basic to intermediate SEO best practices.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards.

Code Reviews: Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.

Debugging & Testing: Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner. Implement automated tests for UI components to ensure reliability.

Process Participation: Follow agile methodologies and contribute ideas to improve current workflows and development processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in front-end development.

Core Technologies: Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and solid experience with HTML and CSS. (Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred).

Styling: Expertise in modern CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS.

Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) concepts using Next.js.

APIs: Strong experience in integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.

Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and working with branching strategies.

Bonus Skills (Nice to have): Familiarity with PWA development, integrating analytics tools (like WebEngage), or experience with modern front-end build pipelines.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
